Payment: All journeys must be paid for at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit cards, and contactless payments. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for any damages or cleanup required due to passenger negligence.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Late policy: If you are not ready for your ride at the scheduled pick up time, we will wait for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, you may be charged a waiting time of £5 per additional 15 minutes or if no contact is made, we reserve the right to leave and cancel the booking.
Passengers: Our 8 seater minibus is licensed to carry a maximum of 8 passengers. Any additional passengers will need a second vehicle.
Luggage: We have a large boot space for your luggage. We ask that you inform us of any abnormal amount or size of luggage. Large items may be subject to an additional fee.
No Smoking: Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited in our minibus. If smoking occurs, a cleaning fee will be charged.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed in our minibus, except for assistance dogs. Any damage caused by an assistance dog will be the responsibility of the passenger.
Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use of our minibus services. We are also not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in our minibus.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the use of our minibus services will be resolved through arbitration following the rules of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
