We booked Sure Travel York (Andy) for transfers between Manchester Airport and York and couldn’t have been happier. From the start, Andy was friendly, easy to deal with, and a clear communicator. He followed up the week before and on the morning of pickup, so we always knew what to expect. The car was neat and tidy, he had the car seat ready, and helped with our luggage. On the way to York, he handled traffic calmly, accommodated a small detour to pick up a relative, and kept the journey enjoyable with good conversation and a few laughs. On the way back, we asked him to move the pickup time earlier, and he was flexible and happy to adjust. Both trips were seamless, stress-free, and punctual. Who expertly drove us to and from Newcastle airport (in torrential rain) and picked us up 2 weeks later in his comfy Mercedes minibus late at night! Easy to book and competitive price. Sure Travel ensured we had a really smooth start to the beginning and end of our holiday with our airport transfers. Andy’s communication was great throughout booking everything and he ensured everything (including 2 car seats) was organised and ready as we needed. He was early for both pick ups and everything was sorted. He even had water and children’s squash drinks ready for us on the journey home which was really appreciated and a lovely touch 🙂 Andy wasn’t phased by our little girl feeling poorly on the journey either and took a smoother route to make her comfortable.
