Payment can be made via cash, a payment link, all major credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Payments for return transfers are to be paid in full on the first leg of your journey.
24 hours is preferred but we will try and accommodate requests at short notice.
All quotes are based on the information you gave when booking and agreed upon before your journey begins.
No, we don't charge extra for delayed flights, we monitor flight times and will arrive in time for your flight. We allow for a 45 minute wait time from the time your flight arrives. Charges may be applied for time spent waiting over 45 minutes. Please see our terms and conditions for more details.

If your journey starts outside of York then a deposit will need to be made before we confirm your booking.
Yes, we can. Just let us know when booking how old your child is and we will supply a suitable child seat for you.
Our vehicle is an 8 passenger minibus. If you have a larger group then we may be able to accommodate you via our trusted partners.
If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
